Creating developments that are innovative, environmentally sustainable, and socially responsible

EcoCraft Collective is a development group with three driving principles: environmental sustainability, innovative design, and socialresponsibility.

EcoCraft promotes environmental sustainability through drastic reductions in building energy consumption, water conservation and reuse systems, and by integrating highly vetted healthy building materials with low embodied energy. Our structures achieve unparalleled indoor air quality and comfort through fresh air ventilation, building science principles, and passive construction techniques.

EcoCraft’s innovative designs challenge the current conventions of cohabitation, promote human connection, and create dynamic architecture that responds to the way we live and interact. We strive to design meaningful spaces that reflect our core values of living intentionally and respecting our natural surroundings.

EcoCraft focuses on promoting social responsibility and strengthening communities. We aim to redefine developments and create a shared vision by engaging local residents, businesses, artists, and community organizations.
